long day...ugh

Hi.....

Well, i finally got this thing to work...so i can start posting now.

Lets see what happen today. Got chewed out by 3 ladies at one time about it being to cold in our office when i had JUST fixed the heat. So that started my day out really good.

Filed all day long...i was so far behind on filing for one of the programs i work with that it took me that long.


Since yesterday i have had this horrible pain in my right side..gall bladder you might as? (for those of you that dont know i got my gall bladder removed about 3 years ago)...so i knew it wasnt that....and last night i had a really hard time sleeping because of the pain...and this morning it got worse. SO i called my doctor and i went to see him from 1:30-3:30.

But before i could leave for the doctor i found out that my mom had gone to the doctor today...she has been VERY sick...and we found out just HOW sick she has been...she has pneumonia. So she is off work until Thursday.

Ok back to me going to the doctor.....to make a really long story short...supposely even though they took my gall bladder out...the three ducts that are near where the "fake gall bladder" stem is...can still make gall stones/slush. So my doctor is going to do an ultrasound tomorrow to see if that might be it or if something is wrong with liver...GREAT FUN...also had to pee in a cup...even more fun...and had to do blood work...that doesnt bother me.

So i went back to work....and finished the last of my filing...was starting to leave...looked down and my file drawer was half full again...the work never ends.

Tomorrow i have a very busy day...Ultrasound at 8:30....i have to review charts for both programs (13) which i wont get all of those done....and we have 2 new clients tomorrow......and i get to see my little friend (my 3 1/2 year old client that loves me to death). Last week he made my day...he came in the back door and i called his name and he couldnt find me and when he found me he jumped up into my lap and gave me a huge hug and was moaning and he's always fussy when he comes into our office and he was moaning and saying "Outside"...and "Chicken Nugget"...and before he left....i heard him running down the hallway...and my co-worker saying well go give her a hug before we leave...and he was giggling and ran into my lap...gave me a hug...and said "bye bye" and then ran back to her giggling and saying "Outside--Chicken nugget" lol. I wish i could take him home with me. He's in foster care...but should be able to go back home soon....but then that means i wont see him anymore which will make me sad....yet happy.

Well, that's all that's going on with me. Dreading the ultrasound b/c they will have to push down on the spot that hurts so bad....but ready to know what's wrong....and not ready to work 10-7 tomorrow. UGH. But that's ok. I'll live.
